OK, evidence is really mounting that this will be the Pixel 6 launch date
- We have found another piece of evidence to suggest the date of Google Pixel pre-orders.
- It could be October 19, 2021.
- It’s unclear if Google will hold the event that day as well, but it is likely.
Google has already shown us both the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. It’s detailed what its custom-made processor will be like. It’s even put the damn thing in the window of its official store in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood.

One thing it hasn’t told us, though, is when we’ll actually be able to buy one. However, we’ve seen a few bits of evidence to suggest you could be able to place a Google Pixel 6 pre-order on October 19, 2021. Today, we got another piece of evidence (via Droid-Life), which is starting to make us confident that could be the date.
As a reminder, we first heard the October 19 date through FrontPageTech. Then, we saw that date corroborated by an official Google Instagram post. Now, today, we’ve found a Facebook ad shared on Reddit that also suggests an October 19 date for a Google Pixel 6 pre-order.
The Facebook ad asks users to register their interest to learn more about the phone, but they must do so before — you guessed it — October 19. Obviously, that could just be a massive coincidence, but all these rumors are beginning to line up too nicely for that.
Speaking of rumors, we are relatively certain we just saw the Pixel 6 series pass through the FCC. Generally, that means the launch of the phones is around a month away or less. And hey, look at the calendar…
