- Google now lets users export interactive apps built with Gemini directly to Google Sites.
- Apps remain fully interactive and can be customized, published, and shared without copying or rebuilding code.
- The feature is available on web, Android, and iOS for eligible Workspace and personal Google accounts.
Building something cool with Gemini is one thing. Getting it out of the chatbot and into the hands of people who could actually use it? That’s where the fun can quickly turn into frustration. Fortunately, Google is knocking down that barrier with a new feature that lets your interactive Gemini creations find a home on the web, without touching a single line of code.
In a Workspace announcement, Google confirms that users can now export interactive apps created in Gemini directly to Google Sites. Whether you’ve whipped up a calculator, quiz, or elaborate dashboard, you no longer need to copy code or rebuild the experience elsewhere to share it.
The process is refreshingly simple. Once your creation is ready in Gemini, select Export > Google Sites. Google automatically opens a new, private Sites draft with your app already embedded and fully interactive.
From there, you can customize the surrounding website, add supporting content, and publish it for others to use. Think of a teacher turning a Gemini-generated quiz into a classroom resource, or a team sharing an interactive performance dashboard without asking everyone to dig through a chatbot conversation.
Google’s demonstration shows a team performance dashboard built in Gemini, complete with progress indicators, charts, and other interactive elements. It’s a neat example of how an AI experiment can become a practical web tool with considerably less effort.
Even better, this isn’t reserved for paying Workspace customers. The feature is available now on the web, Android, and iOS for eligible Google Workspace, Workspace Individual, and personal Google account users.
