CES 2026: Segway Navimow’s latest robotic lawn mowers are “drop and mow” ready

Beautiful, picture-perfect lawns and backyards look fantastic, but anyone who has had to drag around a heavy lawn mower knows how difficult and time-consuming they are to maintain. And even if you went the robot lawn mower route before, installing base stations and perimeter wires is another complicated and tedious chore. Segway Navimow addresses both of these concerns and more with their latest robot lawn mowers.
Navimow showed off five new lineups at CES 2026 – four ideal for residential use, while a new series marks the brand’s first foray into commercial lawn mowing. The i2, H2, X4, and Terranox series address very different yard types, from simple suburban lawns to complex, obstacle-dense landscapes and extreme terrain. And most importantly, they make lawn maintenance a breeze.
We also had the opportunity to speak with Calvin Chen, President and CTO of Navimow, about the five lineups, which features stand out, and what excites them most about the latest devices. Here’s what you need to know.
Segway Navimow i2 Series – The affordable option, ideal for most homes
The Segway Navimow i2 Series is the perfect option for most homes with backyards, front lawns, and side areas. Comprised of the i2 AWD and the i2 LiDAR, Navimow brings high-end features and performance to its affordable lineup.
Segway Navimow i2 AWD
Like its predecessors, the Navimow i2 AWD Series consists of two models: the i206 AWD and i210 AWD. Of course, the big news here is the attached “AWD” moniker.

The i2 AWD features a three-wheel drive system that gives it 45% (24-degree) slope-climbing capability while also remaining stable on muddy or slippery ground. The third wheel also delivers efficiency gains, increasing runtime by 30% compared to the previous generation.
Navimow also introduces the innovative turf-safe Xero-turn™ feature to all its new robot lawn mowers, including the i2 AWD, with smooth, gentle turns that prevent scraping and keep your lawn perfectly intact. Adaptive blade systems offer premium cut quality without scuffing, digging, or leaving divots when turning.
And one of its biggest selling points is that these lawn mowers are “drop and mow” ready, requiring no base stations or perimeter wires. They rely on an upgraded tri-frequency Network RTK, fused with vision technology, for precise, uninterrupted accuracy, without worrying about signal dropouts.
Like the previous generation, the main difference between the i206 AWD and i210 AWD is coverage. While the former covers upto 0.15 acres, the i210 AWD goes further at 0.25 acres.
The Segway Navimow i206 AWD and i210 AWD are priced at $999 and $1,299, respectively, and will be available for pre-order from January 16.
Segway Navimow i2 LiDAR
If your backyard is more complex or oddly shaped, has lawn ornaments and furniture, or is used frequently with lots of toys and objects strewn about, you’ll want to get the Navimow i2 LiDAR. Featuring an innovative solid-state LiDAR, which scans nearly 200,000 points per second to create an ultra-detailed spatial map.
Unlike mechanical or semi-solid LiDAR used elsewhere in the market, the solid-state LiDAR equipped by Navimow has no moving parts. This gives us higher durability, better vibration resistance, and long-term reliability in outdoor environments.Chen
With long-range visibility and fast refresh rates, Chen says the i2 LiDAR (and other higher-end Navimow mowers) can detect obstacles as small as 1cm and recognize over 200 object types, from fixed yard structures and suspended objects to pets and people.
With next-gen 3D mapping, the robot understands your yard, creates slope-optimized mowing paths, and provides flawless navigation in complex scenarios, including under trees, through narrow paths, or at night.
Segway Navimow X4 Series – Flagship solution for large yards
The X4 Series is Navimow’s flagship lawn mower, offering unmatched power, stability, and precision for heavy-duty mowing and is ideal for large yards, multiple zones, and challenging landscapes.
It comes with turf-safe Xero-turn™ AWD system, allowing it to easily tackle slopes up to 84% (40 degrees). It achieves this industry-standard feat by using two independent front-wheel steering motors for smooth, sharp-turn maneuvers, to prevent stretching or damage. And with traction control, the robot mower automatically adjusts torque to avoid slipping.
You’re guaranteed a perfect cut thanks to the state-of-the-art MowMentum™ Cutting System, complete with a large dual cutting deck, 12 sturdy blades, and dual 180-watt motors. The X4 series won’t have any trouble managing any grass type, including dense or tall grass like St. Augustine. And for navigation, it combines triple-frequency network RTK, 360° VSLAM, and VIO technologies to achieve centimeter-level mapping accuracy.
If you’re looking for a seriously capable robot lawn mower to manage a large property, it doesn’t get much better than the Navimow X4 Series. Like the i Series, you get two options here based on your coverage needs. The X430 covers up to 1 acre, while the X450 covers up to 1.5 acres, and are priced at $2,499 and $2,999, respectively.

Navimow also showed off another residential-friendly lawn mower at CES, which sits in the middle of the i2 and X4 series’ mowers, along with its first foray into commercial spaces.
Segway Navimow H2 Series
The H2 Series comes with EFLS™ LiDAR+, a smart blend of LiDAR, Network RTK, and vision technologies that work together in harmony as a triple navigation system. It switches between positioning modes in just 1 millisecond, ensuring smooth, continuous operation no matter the environment.
Each technology compensates for the others’ weaknesses in real time. In open areas, Network RTK provides stable positioning. Near trees, buildings, or shrubs, LiDAR and Vision take the lead. The result is navigation that remains accurate and stable no matter how complex the yard becomes.Chen
Bringing all the best features of the i2 Series into one device, the H2 Series features slope navigation up to 45% (24 degrees), with traction control keeping it steady on slippery surfaces. And with LiDAR, you’ll also get object recognition of up to 200 obstacles, along with auto-mapping capabilities.
You’ll have the choice of two options in the H2 Series: the H210, perfect for lawns up to 0.25 acre, and the H220, ideal for lawns up to 0.5 acre.
Segway Navimow Terranox
And finally, there’s the Navimow Terranox, which Segway says is the pinnacle of robotic mowing performance.
It’s a comprehensive solution that combines Navimow robotic hardware with fleet management software and dedicated care and support, designed specifically for professional and large-scale use.Chen
Designed to cover large areas of up to 6 acres efficiently, the Terranox robotic mowers seamlessly combine AWD capability with a simple drop-and-mow operation, allowing you to mow the equivalent of a whole football field in just one day.
Alongside these innovative robotic mowers, Navimow will also introduce its Fleet™ Management software, making it easy for professionals to remotely oversee multiple devices, monitor their status, and review mowing statistics.
The Terranox Series offers two user-friendly models: the CM120M1, perfect for managing up to 3 acres, and the CM240M1, designed for areas up to 6 acres.
