Fall is typically one of the better times to buy tech ahead of the holidays. By then, most major releases are out, with the latest and greatest vying for your attention, while older but still very capable models also get big price cuts.

Amazon’s Prime Day event, officially called the Prime Big Deal Days, runs October 6 and 7 this year, so you have less than 48 hours to catch the deals. While some of the offers aren’t particularly noteworthy, the sale has triggered some very eye-catching discounts and even some record-low prices, especially on devices that only launched in the last few months. Whether you’re shopping for friends and family or want to upgrade your gadgets, here are some of the best deals you can get right now.

Just remember that most of these deals require you to be an Amazon Prime member. But don’t fret — non-members can usually sign up for a free 30-day trial, which you’re then at liberty to cancel once you’ve swiped yourself some bargains. If you want to start a free trial, the button below takes you to the right page.

The Google Pixel 11 Pro only launched in August, so seeing the 256GB model drop from $1,099 to $849 already makes this a pretty eye-catching deal. That $250 saving also takes it to its lowest Amazon price since launch.

You’re getting a 6.3-inch Super Actua display with a 1-120Hz refresh rate and up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness, plus Google’s Tensor G6 chipset. In our review, we found day-to-day performance to be smooth and reliable, while the newer modem also delivered stronger 5G performance.

The cameras are one of the biggest reasons to consider it. The Pixel 11 Pro combines a new 50MP main sensor with a redesigned 48MP telephoto camera, offering 5x native zoom and up to 120x Pro Zoom. We were particularly impressed with the camera system in our testing, while Pixel software and built-in Pixelsnap magnets round out the package nicely.

Foldables still command a serious premium, so knocking $400 off one of Samsung’s latest models makes a real difference. The 256GB Galaxy Z Fold 8 in Graphite is down to $1,549.99, which is one of the lowest prices we’ve seen since it launched.

Samsung changed things up quite a bit with this generation, giving the Z Fold 8 a wider, more compact design that makes the cover screen feel more like a conventional phone. It weighs just 201g, despite opening up to reveal a 7.6-inch inner display, and we found the new form factor much more comfortable to use than Samsung’s older, taller Fold designs.

There’s plenty of power on tap from the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, paired with 12GB of RAM on this model. You also get a 4,800mAh battery, 45W wired charging, and a pair of 50MP rear cameras, while the large inner screen is particularly well suited to video and multitasking.

Google’s newest smartwatch is already getting a decent price cut for Prime Day. The 41mm Wi-Fi Pixel Watch 5 is down from $399.99 to $349.99, saving you $50 on a wearable that only launched in August.

The Pixel Watch 5 keeps Google’s familiar circular design, but brings some worthwhile upgrades underneath. The 41mm model has a bright AMOLED LTPO display that reaches 3,000 nits, storage has doubled to 64GB, and the updated chipset is faster than the previous generation.

Battery life is rated at up to 30 hours with the always-on display enabled, and Google has also added Bluetooth 6.0, along with the usual GPS, NFC, and Fitbit health and fitness features. There are also some newer wellness tools, including blood pressure trends, while Gemini plays a bigger role in the software experience.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S11

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 is one of the best Android tablets you can get if you’re looking for note-taking, streaming, or general productivity. Under the hood is the Dimensity 9400 Plus paired with 12GB of RAM, which is enough power to keep multitasking smooth even with several apps open at once.

The 11-inch 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X display is the highlight here, and it’s sharp for both video and everyday scrolling. It’s ideal for streaming, since the AMOLED panel handles both bright, colorful shows and darker scenes without washing out.

S Pen support makes it a solid alternative to a notepad for meetings or lectures, and the software adds enough multi-window and split-screen tricks to stand in for a laptop on lighter workdays. And with an 8,400mAh battery and 45W fast charging, you won’t be running out of battery that often.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 is currently 27% off, bringing its price down to $659.99.

Nothing Ear (3)

The Nothing Ear (3) were already a compelling pair of flagship earbuds at $149, but knocking another $50 off makes them much easier to recommend. They’re down to just $99 for Prime Day, which is the lowest price we’ve seen from Amazon.

Our sister site, SoundGuys, gave the Ear (3) an 8.1/10 rating, praising their strong active noise cancelation, comfortable fit, LDAC support, and excellent companion app. The earbuds also have Nothing’s distinctive transparent styling, while the Nothing X app gives you plenty of control over EQ and other sound settings.

Battery life is around 5.5 hours with ANC enabled, while the charging case brings the total to 38 hours with ANC switched off. You also get wireless charging and a quick-charge feature that can provide up to 10 hours of playback from a 10-minute top-up.

TP-Link Deco 7 Pro Wi-Fi Mesh System

If your home internet has dead zones or your router struggles when multiple people start streaming at once, the TP-Link Deco 7 Pro BE63 is a serious upgrade. It’s a tri-band Wi-Fi 7 system rated for BE10000-class speeds and up to 200 connected devices, so there’s plenty of capacity for a busy household.

This router comes with four 2.5Gbps WAN/LAN ports, giving you plenty of options for wired connections to TVs, consoles, PCs, and other networking gear. TP-Link’s AI-driven mesh system also helps devices stay connected to the best available signal as you move around the house.

A single unit makes the most sense if you want to replace an older router now and potentially expand later, since you can add more Deco units to build out a wider mesh network. It also offers Wi-Fi 7 features such as the 6GHz band, 320MHz channels, and Multi-Link Operation on compatible devices.

The Deco 7 Pro Mesh Wi-Fi system 1-pack is currently priced at $179.99 (27% off). Again, that’s the lowest price this device has hit since it launched.
