AYANEO offers both good and bad news on handheld shipments
Oct 27, 2026 — 2:11 PM ET
- AYANEO says that 90% of KONKR Pocket Advance orders have shipped.
- The company says that international shipping of the Pocket Block will start by the end of October.
- Shipments of the Pocket Micro 2 have been delayed to early November.
Android handheld maker AYANEO recently sent out an email to its customers. That email contained updates on the shipping status of not just the Konkr Pocket Advance, but also the Pocket Block and Pocket Micro 2. If you’ve been waiting for your order to arrive, here’s what’s going on with the shipments.
AYANEO opened pre-orders of the KONKR Pocket Advance back in early August, with shipments starting at the end of August. In the email, AYANEO states (via Notebookcheck) that 90% of orders have now been shipped. The Onyx Ice colorway makes up the remaining orders. It expects to finish shipping out the Onyx Ice models, as well as outstanding orders for other variants, in the following week. The company is also said to be scheduling more production batches that should ship in about two weeks.
Moving on to the Pocket Block, the manufacturer’s classic Game Boy-like device. Shipments have already started in China, and international shipments aren’t far off. You can expect global shipments to begin at the end of October.
There’s some bad news about the Pocket Micro 2. It appears that AYANEO’s controller supplier was a week late with components. As a result, shipments have been delayed until early November. Orders placed in October won’t ship until mid-November. Previously, AYANEO planned on shipping the Pocket Micro 2 at the end of October.
