Last week’s poll summary: Out of almost 5,200 total votes, 34.1% of our readers said that Razer was the btest newcomer to the smartphone game in 2017. 32.1% voted for Essential, while 29.8% voted for HMD Global/Nokia.
2017 brought us some really great Android phones.
Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8 closes out 2017 as our choice for the best Android phone on the market, while the Google Pixel 2 and LG V30 aren’t far behind. HTC also stepped it up a notch and brought us the wonderful U11. We also saw plenty of new entries to the flagship smartphone space from companies like Essential, Razer, and HMD Global.
As we reminisce about the best phones 2017 brought us, we should also talk about the ones we’re most excited for in 2018.
Based on what you saw this year, which smartphone are you most excited to see in 2018? Personally, I can’t wait to see what HTC does with the U12, and I think the Essential Phone 2 (Ph-2?) will also be a huge step up from the company’s first offering this year.
