When it comes to expandable storage in the mobile world, microSD and phone manufacturers have seemingly had an on-and-off again relationship over the years. In the early days of Android, microSD was pretty much a staple feature. And then Google, HTC, LG, and others slowly began to move away from it, with Samsung remaining one of the few defenders of expandability.

As HTC, Motorola, and others started to re-embrace the tech, Samsung ironically gave it up last year with the Galaxy S6 series and the Note 5. Now it’s 2016, and most major smartphone OEMs, including Samsung, have taken up the microSD torch once again. Don’t already have a microSD card? Now’s a great time to buy.

Trusted eBay seller “buydig” is currently offering a 2-pack of 128GB Lexar microSD cards for just $89. There’s also a 2-pack of 64GB cards for $39, if you don’t need as much space. The cards in question are rated Class 10, feature UHS-I technology and have max read speeds of 95MBps. Both 2-packs come with USB 3.0 readers for easily transferring your files from your PC to your mobile device, camera, or whatever have you.

Needless to say, the 128 2-pack in particular is a great deal. So how about it, planning on taking advantage of either of these offers? Or are you more than satisfied with the built-in storage limits on your existing phone or tablet?
