Sprint isn’t the only US network kicking off its LG G5 pre-orders today, as Big Red is joining in on the action as well.

The Verizon LG G5 is available for $624 outright, or 24 monthly payments of $26, and will ship April 1st. That’s slightly more expensive than the $576 asking price on Sprint’s network, though Verizon’s LG G5 pre-orders offer one key advantage: it includes a free 360 CAM accessory. In addition to the 360 CAM you also get a spare battery and charging cradle, though this later promo also applies to Sprint’s LG G5.

The LG G5 isn’t the only thing going up for pre-order on Verizon today. The LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition LTE smartwatch is finally back up for pre-orders after being pulled from shelves in 2015. The LTE-equipped Android Wear watch is priced at $499.99 outright or $449.99 with a two-year contract, and will also ship on April 1st. Why anyone would sign a two year agreement just to ‘save’ $50 is beyond me, but the option is there if you want it.

In order to use the watch’s staple feature, LTE, you’ll need to also pay $5 a month for the privilege, which is half the price AT&T charges for LTE access. That said, AT&T is selling the watch for a much cheaper $359 off-contract, so it all evens out for the most part.

So how about it, anyone planning on pre-ordering the LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition LTE? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

I said the same thing to the Verizon sales rep that it would be stupid to save $50.00 and be hit with the $350.00 cancellation fee listed at the time.I looked at the urbane 2nd edition on Verizon this morning. I think I’ll stick with the gear s2 classic I’ve ordered.I don’t care for the antennas in the strap.I would like the battery capacity, though. It seems they have lowered their ETF to $175.00.I’d also like the number compatibility that you can evidently get on Verizon with Android wear but,not tizen.Oh well, the gear s2 will shortly allow Samsung pay with my s7edge.

So with Verizon you also get $100 off for getting it with the G5 so a total of $150 off making it $349.99 so not too bad.
