Samsung S Service support

As good as modern technology is, at some point we’ve all run into bugs, errors and even major problems that bring our gadgets to a halt. Sometimes solutions can be hard to come by, but Samsung is looking to lend a hand to with its new S Service, which offers online tech support from your PC.

The chat based help service will put you in direct contact with an “expert” Samsung service agent, who you will be able to chat with directly. The application works on machines running Windows 8 or higher. Ironically enough though, the software wouldn’t install properly on my Windows 10 PC and there aren’t any troubleshooting links.

Once installed, customers can type in their problem and user name, and their issue will be put into a queue with a little timer that tells them how long they can expect to wait in line. S Service is available in English during weekdays from the United States between Monday at 9:00am to 11:59pm on the Friday. So you will even be able to contact Samsung about any issues you’re facing in the evenings.

If you are in need of assistance, you can install the S Service app through Samsung Update or grab the file from the download link over at g-sis.co.kr.
