Samsung used to be known for adding removable batteries into its devices but with this year’s Galaxy Note 5, the company followed the design of the Galaxy S6 and left out the removable back cover and accessible battery. In doing so, the company removed a feature that plenty of people used but as we covered in our Galaxy Note 5 review, the battery life isn’t actually that bad.

The case comes with a 2,500 mAh quick-charge enabled battery that promises up to 13 hours additional talk time, 8 hours web browsing or 9 hours video playback.

The case is lightweight and features pass-through volume and power buttons, while also keeping the S-Pen accessible. However, at a cost of $99, it’s certainly not the cheapest power solution on the market, but will be ideal for those who love Mophie products. If a case with a built-in battery isn’t for you, Samsung also offers its own range of external battery packs, while there are plenty of third-party quick-charge enabled chargers available to buy as well.
