Android N getting a beta-quality release later today (Update: rolling out now!)

Today at its annual I/O developer conference, Google's David Burke announced that the first "beta-quality" version of the Android N developer preview will be available later today.

Update: Well, that was fast! The Android N Developer Preview 3 is already rolling out.

Original post: Today at its annual I/O developer conference, Google’s David Burke announced that the first “beta-quality” version of the Android N developer preview will be available later today. Like the first two dev previews, this new version will be available for the Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X, Nexus 9, Nexus 6, Nexus Player, Pixel C, and the General Mobile 4G Android One device.

There’s still no word as to when the final version of Android N will be available, but Google says the release is set to drop sometime “later this summer.”
