The best Sony Xperia XZ2 cases

The Sony Xperia XZ2 is Sony’s flagship offering of 2018. It is a multimedia powerhouse ready to churn out gaming performance, photos, videos, and more. You also get a Snapdragon 845 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage out of the box. It can handle any task you care to throw at it. The video camera can even shoot 1080p video at 960fps for that fun slow slow motion effect.

They offer you the protection of a case and still let you enjoy the design of your phone — especially important for one as well designed as the Xperia XZ2. Precision cutouts give you access to all buttons and ports, and help you find the fingerprint sensor, which is a little lower than it should be. A dot pattern on the inside of the case helps prevent fingerprint and water smudges. The case itself is lightweight and comes with a lifetime warranty.

TopACE soft TPU protective cover

TopACE has a great option for a slim bumper case. It comes in four different colors and is made from a soft TPU material that feels great to hold. The back of the case has a dual texture brushed metal and carbon fiber pattern, which gives it a great look. This will protect your phone from drops, scratches, abrasions, and dust, and it’s quite affordable for under $10. The case is lightweight and doesn’t add much bulk to your phone, making it one of the nicest Xperia XZ2 cases we have found so far.

MoKo has a great slim bumper case option. The TPU case comes in black or blue. A slash pattern down each side gives the phone a nice grippy surface to hold the phone. On the back, you have TPU molded into a faux-leather finish, complete with stitching. This gives the phone a classic, elegant look. Precise cutouts allow access to the fingerprint sensor and camera and the back is thin, so it doesn’t inhibit wireless charging. This is an overall great look for your phone and one of the better Xperia XZ2 cases available.

Ringke’s Onyx case is an attractive option. It brings a two texture to the back of the case. The middle of the case has a brushed metal finish, and the top and bottom have a grooved diagonal pattern which is great for grip and protection. It’s not uncommon to see a ruggedized case with a kickstand — actually we believe all cases should have a kickstand built into them.
