Hot on the heels of taking first place in the Indian smartphone market, Xiaomi announced today the Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro, which shape up to be just as popular as their predecessors.

In addition to the new phones, Xiaomi is also bringing a new 55-inch TV Mi LED TV to India.

The Xiaomi Mi LED Smart TV 4 features a 55-inch (138.8 centimeters) 4K panel and is extremely slender at 4.9 millimeters at its thinnest point. Xiaomi claims this is the world’s thinnest LED TV, though the stand design means you won’t be able to place it flush against a wall.

The TV set features HDR and Dolby+ DTS sound, for an immersive viewing experience. Other specs include an Amlogic 64-bit quad-core processor with Mali T-830 graphics, 2 GB of RAM, and 8 GB of onboard storage. You can hook it up to your home network using the 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0.

The Mi Smart TV runs Xiaomi’s PatchWall interface, customized for the Indian market. Xiaomi promises over 500,000 hours of content across 15 Indic languages, as well as “personalized recommendations with a clean UI.”

Xiaomi has previously launched the Mi LED TV in China, but now it’s coming to India for the first time. The TV set will cost Rs. 39,999, and for the first three months, customers will also get a 3-month subscription to Sony Liv and Hungama Play (Rs. 619 value), a Mi IR cable (Rs. 299 value) and on-site installation (Rs. 1,099 value) included.
