Amazon cuts 24% off the XGIMI MoGo 4 bundle for the first time

Movie nights away from the living room are a lot easier with a projector that can run without being tied to a wall outlet. The XGIMI MoGo 4 with PowerBase Stand is built for that kind of setup, and it’s on sale at Amazon right now for $417.

That price is down from the $549 recommended retail price, a 24% discount. It also makes this the lowest price ever for the bundle, so it’s a strong time to buy if you’ve been waiting for a better deal.

The MoGo 4 is a compact 1080p portable projector bundle that pairs the projector with a rechargeable PowerBase Stand for longer cord-free use. On its own, the built-in battery is rated for up to about 2.5 hours of video, and with the PowerBase Stand attached, that goes up to about 5 hours. That makes it a good fit for backyard movies, bedroom viewing, or camping-style trips where power access may be limited.

It also comes with Google TV and licensed Netflix support, so you can stream without needing to plug in an extra stick. Brightness is listed at 450 ISO lumens, and it supports image sizes from roughly 40 to 200 inches. For setup, you get a 360-degree built-in stand, auto focus, auto keystone correction, and intelligent eye protection. XGIMI also includes dual 6W Harman Kardon speakers, plus ambient light and creative filter features for a more relaxed movie-night setup indoors or outside.
