Wouldn’t it be nice if you never lost your wallet ever again? There might just be a way to make that happen. The Woolet is a smart wallet that attaches to your mobile device via Bluetooth, and will send you a notification if you move too far away from it. You can manage your wallet connection by downloading the free Woolet app. Your phone will ring the moment you lose Bluetooth connection, and you can even specify any distance between 20-85 feet to get automatic alerts.

At just 9.9mm thin, the self-charging wallet looks like any wallet you can find anywhere else. That’s right, the Woolet charges itself using a low-powered ARM Cortex-M0 processor, and the company is actually working on batteries that will charge from your body heat and movement. The Woolet has four credit card slots, one large slot for an ID card and even a hidden pocket. Take a look at the promotional video below for more information.

The Woolet is currently in the midst of a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. At the time of writing this, Woolet has surpassed its $15 thousand goal by $10 thousand, with 33 days to go. If you’d like to back the project you can pledge $99 to get a black Woolet. If you’d like to support the campaign but don’t want to pay $99, you can snag an RFID blocking sleeve, a Woolet Phone Cover or a Woolet Key Finder by pledging less. $99 may seem like a lot for a wallet, but it seems pretty high quality and offers up something most other wallets can’t provide.
