Warhammer Quest 2: The End Times is coming to Android. The new trailer for the upcoming RPG has just landed (above) and the title will be available in less than two weeks.
Warhammer Quest 2 is the sequel to the original Warhammer Quest video game—itself a port of the 1995 Games Workshop board game. It’s a dungeon crawler where you take on a slew of fantasy enemies, like Goblins, Orcs and Trolls, by controlling a group of heroes. As you play, you’ll level up and acquire better gear for your party.
The Warhammer Quest brand has something of an enduring appeal, and the original game was largely well-received on Android (it’s on sale right now for $0.99, though it includes additional in-app purchases). If you’re a fan of tactical, party-based action games with tons of treasure, this might be for you.
Warhammer Quest 2: The End Times will be available on April 11 for $4.99, along with two expansions (at $4.99 each). The ambush mechanic recently added to its iOS counterpart, along with all other free updates, will also make their way into the Android release.
We’ll update this page to let you know when this one lands. Who’s excited?
