UGREEN’s 500W GaN charging station falls to $189.99 for multi-device desks

Busy desks can turn into a mess fast when a gaming laptop, work machine, tablet, phone, camera, and other gear all need power at the same time. The UGREEN Nexode 500W GaN Charging Station is built for that kind of setup, and there’s a nice deal on it at Amazon right now.

Amazon has the UGREEN Nexode 500W GaN Charging Station for $189.99, down from its $249.99 recommended retail price. That’s a 24% discount off the RRP, which saves you $60. While it’s not the lowest price we’ve seen this year, it’s still a significant drop for a charger designed for people with many devices on one desk. It also has a 4.4-star rating, which should help give shoppers some extra confidence.

This is a high-end desktop GaN charging station with 6 ports and a huge 500W total output. The standout feature is the top USB-C port, which can deliver up to 240W on its own. The other USB-C ports are generally rated up to 100W, giving you plenty of power to charge several devices from a single hub. That makes it a good fit for heavy-duty setups with gaming laptops, workstations, tablets, phones, cameras, and smaller accessories all sharing one charger.

Unlike a small wall charger you toss in a bag, this one is meant to stay on your desk. Its larger desktop-hub design is designed to handle higher power needs, and the GaN tech is optimized for better efficiency and thermal management under high loads. For anyone looking to replace a pile of chargers with one central power station, this deal is worth a look.
