Teslagrad is now on Android, almost five years after its PC launch
- Teslagrad is the latest PC and console game to land on Android.
- The game is a 2D puzzle/platformer that makes heavy use of magnetism.
- It’s available for a special launch price of $4.89.
Teslagrad is one of the better puzzle/platform titles out there, and it’s landed on a ton of devices since its initial PC launch back in December 2013. Whether it’s the Nintendo Switch or PlayStation Vita, it’s tough to miss.
The game wasn’t available on smartphones though, but that’s all changed this week as the title has landed on Android and iOS. So what should you expect when buying the game?
Teslagrad is a 2D puzzle/platformer that has you exploring a dangerous tower, making heavy use of magnetic powers and other abilities in the process. The game also follows the Metroidvania formula, with new areas opening up as you gain new abilities.
The title has earned plenty of positive reviews on Steam, as many users praised the gameplay, puzzles, and hand-drawn art style. So it might be worth a look if you’re a fan of games like Braid, Limbo, and other indie platformers.
The Android port also supports the NVIDIA Shield TV (as well as Android TV) and external controllers. The latter is welcome news, as you really can’t beat the feedback provided by a physical gamepad.
Teslagrad is available on the Play Store for a special price of $4.89, but will have a normal price $6.99. You can check out the Play Store link via the button below.
