Chances are, you never heard of TCL until the last year or two. In that time, the company has become the fastest-growing and second highest-selling TV manufacturer in the U.S. Announced at CES 2019,  TCL is now attempting to use its formula for success in the TV industry to become a top-selling headphone manufacturer.

What exactly is that formula? Create quality products at inexpensive prices. And that’s precisely what TCL is doing with its various lines of in-ear and over-ear headphones. Plus, by offering wired and Bluetooth-enabled options in almost every colorway possible, TCL is destined to sell a pair of headphones that is right for you.

TCL is bringing four distinct headphone styles to the market, each with additional variations that slightly differ the category’s design.

SOCL

TCL Headphones

TCL describes its SOCL line as being designed for consumers wanting a fun and different-looking pair of headphones. You can see this design style throughout the range as most of the products feature bright colors that stand out from the standard dark and bland headphones.

TCL’s SOCL line is by far the most accessible headphone line from the company, with some options costing as little as $10. But if you want the Bluetooth model pictured above, that will set you back $60.

MTRO

The MTRO series is about the opposite of SOCL. Instead of the flashy designs, this line is designed for the urban customer who doesn’t want to stand out. The in-ear and over-ear styles featured in the MTRO series offer muted colors that are premium in appearance.

The MTRO series’ price varies between $20 and $50 depending on if you want the in-ear or over-ear options in a wired or Bluetooth style.

ACTV

TCL ACTV Headphones
TCL

As the name suggested, every pair of headphones in the ACTV series was made for those who are physically active. Featuring an IP X4 water resistance and a hooked ear design, users don’t have to worry about the headphones falling out or getting damaged at the gym.

When made available, the ACTV line will cost between $20 to $40 depending on the model.

ELIT

TCL Headphones

Last but not least, we have the ELIT series. TCL designed these headphones to be the premium line. This classification means they feature the best designs as well as the best Hi-Res speakers.

The ELIT line of TCL headphones will range in cost between $25 and $80. You can learn more about them by clicking on the button below.

TCL plans to have every line of headphone available for purchase by summer. The company’s wired in-ear and earbud headphones are set to be available by the first of February.
