Sony’s latest flagship, the Sony Xperia XZ3, is now available to pre-order in the U.S. on Amazon (as spotted by GSMArena). The phone costs $899.99 and Sony will release it on September 24. To sweeten the deal, Sony is currently giving those who pre-order the phone an Xperia Ear Duo wireless headset for free. This is a pretty significant gift as it is currently for sale on Amazon for $279.99.
Sony announced the Xperia XZ3 at the IFA 2018 in Berlin at the end of August. It is the successor to the Xperia XZ2 and it has a similar design to that phone. In our hands-on, we praised the device’s stylish design and the fact that it will be one of the first phones to run Android Pie out-of-the-box.
In terms of stats, the phone has a Snapdragon 845 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. It also has a QHD+ OLED display and a single 19MP camera on the rear that is capable of capturing 960fps slow-motion video.
The phone doesn’t have a notch which is sure to please some, although the top and bottom bezels are a bit on the large side.
The version for sale on Amazon is unlocked and is compatible with AT&T, T-Mobile, and other GSM carriers. You take a look at it for yourself by clicking on the button below.
