Well, let’s face it. Your chances of being the very best like no one ever was just went out the window. That is, unless you happen to be guy who designed and 3D-printed a phone case that transforms your phone into a Pokedex. That dude’s the real Pokemon Master, and the rest of us can do nothing from here on out but live in his magnificent shadow. To add insult to injury, he’s even a Team Valor degenerate.

Yes, SparkFun user NPoole has unleashed the designs for a Pokedex case that also functions as a 2600mAh battery pack to compensate for the hella draining that Pokemon Go does to your phone. This project bestows your smartphone with all the 1996 oldschool cool that made the original Kanto Pokedex so iconic. Stylish and functional, the case comes with the familiar flip lid and functional LED lights across the bottom.

NPoole has provided all the information you need to print your own Pokedex, assuming you’ve got access to a 3D printer and have some basic electrical skills. The instructions don’t look particularly formidable, but if you’re willing to hold out a little longer, the creator says he’s going to try to add cooling fans to his next design iteration to offset the high temperatures that avid Pokemon Go usage results in. Currently, designs only exist for the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the iPhone 6S.
