This NETGEAR Nighthawk Wi-Fi 7 router just dropped to $149.88 on Amazon

Amazon has dropped the NETGEAR Nighthawk RS180 to $149.88, down from its $199 retail price. That saves you $49, a 25% discount off the recommended retail price, and puts this Wi-Fi 7 router into a much more tempting price range.
The RS180 is aimed at people who want a home network upgrade without jumping to a more expensive high-end model. It is an entry-level Wi-Fi 7 dual-band router, also known as the BE5500, rated for speeds up to 5.5 Gbps. NETGEAR positions it for homes up to about 2,500 square feet, with support for roughly 80 connected devices, so it should fit busy households with phones, tablets, TVs, game consoles, and smart home gear all sharing the same connection.
One of the more useful features here is the 2.5 Gig internet/WAN port. That makes it a better fit for faster broadband plans than older routers that top out at gigabit speeds. NETGEAR also pitches it as a solid pick for streaming, gaming, video calls, and homes with many devices online at once.
This model keeps things focused with a dual-band design rather than tri-band extras, which makes it a more affordable way to step into Wi-Fi 7. It also appears to be actively supported, with firmware updates available in recent months.
At $149.88, this Amazon deal cuts the price enough to make the Netgear Nighthawk RS180 stand out for anyone ready to replace an aging router and move to Wi-Fi 7 for less.
