Moto G Stylus 2022 promo slides leak, confirming design and more
- Official-looking Motorola Moto G Stylus 2022 promotional slides have leaked.
- They seem to confirm the design of the phone after the leak of some unofficial renders.
- The phone is due from Motorola later this year.
A couple of weeks ago, unofficial renders of the Motorola Moto G Stylus 2022 smartphone were posted by gadget leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer. Now, it appears the design shown in those renders has been confirmed, thanks to some official-looking promotional slides.
Those slides come courtesy of tech writer Nils Ahrensmeier on his Twitter page. They appear to confirm the phone would have a vertical design for its three rear cameras along with a flat display. Obviously, it would continue to have a built-in stylus similar to the now-canceled Samsung Galaxy Note and LG Stylo phones.
Another leaked slide also seems to confirm a few hardware specs for the phone. It could have a 50MP rear main camera sensor, 128GB of storage, and a 90Hz refresh rate. The previous Hemmerstoffer leak claims it could have a 6.81-inch display, compared to the 6.4-inch screen found on the 2021 version of the phone. The phone might also have 6GB of RAM, a 4,500mAh battery, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Keep in mind Motorola has yet to officially announce this phone, so it’s possible these hardware specs and even the design itself could change at the last minute. However, we do anticipate the Moto G Stylus 2022 will go on sale sometime in mid-2022.
