Monument Valley fans: listen up. The folks at ustwo have just released the Forgotten Shores expansion to the Google Play Store! We knew it was coming to the Play Store ever since the iOS release earlier this month, then the Amazon Appstore release shortly thereafter.

To get the expansion, you must first purchase the game from the Google Play for $3.99, then buy the Forgotten Shores expansion for an additional $1.99. The original game comes with 10 levels, and the expansion adds an extra 8 on to that. With the expansion and all, you’re looking at about 2 hours worth of gameplay for this title. It doesn’t seem like much, but the experience is worth it. The levels don’t change if you redo any of them, but it’s so beautiful that you’re going to want to.

So, 18 levels for around $6, huh? The price may sound a bit steep to you, but trust us… it’s worth it. Monument Valley features some of the best graphics, interesting music, and unique gameplay we’ve had on a mobile game. For those unfamiliar, you play as the silent Princess Ida, walking through a world of impossible architecture in order to reach… well, we won’t tell you the ending.

Albeit odd that the game just came to the Play Store after some exclusivity on iOS and Amazon, but we’re still happy it’s here. Download Monument Valley from the Play Store today… you’ll be glad you did!
