Developed by TT Games Brighton and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Playdemic, this new Lego title will bring all of your favorite Lego Star Wars characters head-to-head in 2020.

What is Lego Star Wars Battles?

This new Lego mobile title is an action strategy game designed specifically for Android and iOS devices. It mixes Lego Star Wars characters, vehicles, and locations from all nine films with real-time, one-versus-one multiplayer battles.

When is the game’s release date?

Lego Star Wars Battles will be released sometime in 2020, though we aren’t sure on the exact release date.

Will the game be free to download?

Yes, you will be available to download the game for free, but it will include in-app purchases.

What do you do in Lego Star Wars Battles?

In the game, players mix and match characters and vehicles of light or dark side forces to battle in competitive matches. Players deploy troops and build Lego towers on the battlefield to defend and capture territory as they attempt to destroy their opponents’ base.

Can I play other people online?

The only information we have at this point says players will engage in real-time, one-versus-one multiplayer battles. Though that doesn’t explicitly say that is for online play, it’s probably safe to assume as much. On the other hand, we can only speculate at this point if there are other game modes that allow players to play offline as well.

Can I level up in Lego Star Wars Battles?

Yes. As players progress and level up, they will unlock different arenas based on familiar Star Wars locations, including Scarif, Naboo, Hoth, Endor, Geonosis, and more.

Which characters and locations can I unlock and play?

We can’t know for certain at this point. What we do know is that the game will include light and dark side characters, vehicles, and locations from all nine films, so you can bet that all of the major locations, storyline characters, Jedi, and Sith will be present.
