Today, we’re going to learn a whole lot more about the Google Pixel, Daydream, Google Assistant, and more. At the start of the event’s live stream, viewers were treated to a fun little short from the cast of Silicon Valley which teased the stuff we’ll be hearing a lot more about today. It was also pretty funny with some of the classic comedy chemistry we’ve come to expect from Gilfoyle and Dinesh.

If you haven’t seen it, the scene starts with Dinesh preparing to watch the Google live stream. Gilfoyle turns down an invitation to do so because he already knows what’s coming. He is, after all, part of the “beta test” that only “industry professionals” (and allegedly non-virgins) were allowed to be a part of. He’s then shown putting a couple of boxes into a table drawer and locking it. We couldn’t help but notice the size and shape of the boxes.

After a small argument, Gilfoyle heads on out to go to an exclusive Google after party where Larry is going to fire Sergey Brin out of a cannon. We’ve reached out to Google for comment and we’ll let you know if they respond (kidding).

It’s a fun, quirky little short that’s pretty enjoyable to watch. We have it linked at the top of the page and it’s only about two minutes long. Below, we have a link to the live stream of the Google Pixel event if you want to check that out as well!
