Amazon cuts $50 off the Dangbei N2 mini projector

The Dangbei N2 mini Projector just dropped to $178.99 on Amazon, down from its $229 recommended retail price. That’s a $50 saving and a 22% discount relative to the RRP, which makes this a good time to grab it if you’ve been waiting for the price to come down.

For the money, you’re getting a compact projector with native 1080p Full HD resolution and an LED light source rated at 200 ISO lumens. It has a 1.25:1 throw ratio and can project images up to about 120 inches, so it can work well for movie nights, shows, and casual gaming on a much bigger screen than your TV or laptop.

One of the best parts of the Dangbei N2 mini is how easy it is to set up. It includes autofocus, auto keystone correction, screen fit, and obstacle avoidance, so getting the picture lined up shouldn’t take much work. It also has a built-in gimbal stand that tilts up to 190 degrees, giving you more freedom to point it at a wall or even the ceiling.

It runs a Linux-based smart system with licensed Netflix preinstalled, plus YouTube and Prime Video. You also get HDMI, USB 2.0, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and a 3.5mm audio output, along with a built-in 6W speaker with Dolby audio support. Amazon shoppers also rate it 4.4 out of 5, which is another nice sign for a projector in this price range.
