Samsung Galaxy S21 FE
The Samsung Galaxy S21 is great, and Boost Mobile has it too, but a newer version of the series might be a better option for you. While the Galaxy S21 FE is cheaper, it offers most of the great things people loved from the S21.
The S21 FE still packs Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 888 chipset and comes with 6-8GB of RAM. The 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen is gorgeous, featuring a 1080p definition and a 120Hz refresh rate. The battery is pretty good, too, sporting 4,500mAh.
While the camera has been downgraded, it’s still pretty capable. The only area you’ll notice an actual downgrade is design, which isn’t quite as premium as what we saw in the Samsung Galaxy S21.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE specs:
- Display: 6.4-inch, Full HD+
- SoC: Snapdragon 888
- RAM: 6/8GB
- Storage: 128/256GB
- Cameras: 12, 12, and 8MP
- Front camera: 32MP
- Battery: 4,500mAh
- Software: Android 12
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3
Samsung took its foldable phones to another level for its third generation. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 packs all of the bells and whistles you could ask for — though it has a price tag to match. It comes with a flagship-strength Snapdragon 888 onboard as well as Samsung’s first under-display selfie camera. You can even tap into 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage space throughout your day.
Samsung also added S Pen support to its premium foldable, complete with a special version of the powerful stylus. While the Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a little bit of everything that Samsung has to offer, it’s not for everyone. It’s prohibitively expensive, and certain features like the under-display selfie camera will need time to grow into their own.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 specs:
- Display: 7.6-inch, Full HD+
- SoC: Snapdragon 888
- RAM: 12GB
- Storage: 256/512GB
- Cameras: 12, 12, and 12MP
- Front cameras: 4 and 10MP
- Battery: 4,400mAh
- Software: Android 11
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3
While the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 folds out into a tablet, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 takes a different approach. It folds into a pocketable form factor that’s much easier to carry around. It’s technically a modern flip phone, and it’s definitely among the best Boost Mobile phones you can find, as well as one of the funnest.
Specs are competent too. The device comes with a Snapdragon 888 processor, 8GB of RAM, up to 256GB of storage, and a 6.7-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The battery is smaller at 3,300mAh, but that’s arguably the price you have to pay for such a unique form factor.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 specs:
- Display: 6.7-inch, Full HD+
- SoC: Snapdragon 888
- RAM: 8GB
- Storage: 128/256GB
- Cameras: 12 and 12MP
- Front cameras: 10MP
- Battery: 3,300mAh
- Software: Android 11
Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G
Motorola’s Moto G Stylus line is akin to a mid-range Samsung Galaxy Note. That’s because the G Stylus offers a big display and comes with a built-in stylus, just like the fabled phablets. However, Stylo phones are considerably cheaper than Note phones due to several cut corners.
For example, the stylus you get with a G Stylus phone is not quite as powerful as that of the Samsung Galaxy Note series, nor is the processor on quite the same level. Instead, you do get a massive 5,000mAh battery that Motorola claims is good for up to two days of juice.
The Moto G Stylus 5G is the first to offer 5G, and it’s one of the best Boost Mobile phones to get on a tighter budget. It’s perfect for people who want a big, hefty phone but don’t want a big, hefty price.
Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G specs:
- Display: 6.8-inch, Full HD+
- SoC: Snapdragon 480 5G
- RAM: 4/6GB
- Storage: 128/256GB
- Cameras: 48, 8, 5, and 2MP
- Front camera: 16MP
- Battery: 5,000mAh
- Software: Android 11
Samsung Galaxy A53 5G
Samsung has plenty of great affordable options with great-looking designs and enough powers to keep casual users happy. Needless to say, these phones will also cost much less than the company’s higher-end handsets, and the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G will surely keep your wallet healthy.
Samsung’s sleek design is paired up with some solid internals. You’re looking at an in-house Exynos 1280 SoC, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage. The screen is pretty large at 6.5 inches, and the Full HD+ resolution pairs nicely with a 120Hz refresh rate for a great media streaming experience.
