Baseus PicoGo Air and AM52 - Two ultra-slim power banks for every travel scenario
Jul 10, 2026 — 11:08 AM ET

Anyone who has spent time waiting around in airports, stuck on long commutes, or working from coffee shops and co-working spaces knows the extra packing you have to do before every trip to make sure you’re carrying every charger, cable, and battery pack you’ll need. If you usually end up with a mess of wires and cables that make your bag difficult to carry, Baseus has exactly what you’re looking for.
The Baseus PicoGo Air and PicoGo AM52 are designed to work together. The Air handles fast, everyday phone top-ups in one of the thinnest frames on the market, while the AM52 steps up with a built-in cable and enough capacity to keep your laptop running. Together, they cover nearly every charging need a digital nomad might run into. Here’s what you need to know.
Baseus PicoGo Air

The PicoGo Air is a 5,000mAh power bank that’s just 6.9mm thick and weighs about half as much as an iPhone 17 Pro. And despite its thinness, it has passed crush and nail-penetration safety tests without catching fire.
To keep the pack cool while charging, Baseus built in graphene and aerogel layers along with an aluminum alloy housing, backed by a chip that checks the temperature 18,000 times an hour. There’s also an NFC feature that lets you tap your phone to the pack to view its battery health and temperature in the Baseus app, handy for a quick check before a flight. And it delivers up to 22.5W wired for quick phone top-ups.
The PicoGo Air works with iPhones and other MagSafe-compatible phones through its magnetic wireless coil, and it also has a USB-C port for charging other Android phones, tablets, or earbuds cases. It’s the pack worth tossing in a jacket pocket for a day of sightseeing or keeping on a desk for a quick top-up between meetings, since it adds barely any weight or bulk.
Until July 31, Android Authority readers can get the Baseus PicoGo Air for just $39.99 (a $20 discount) with code EHYGXRMR.
Baseus PicoGo AM52

The AM52 is the bigger half of the pair, with double the capacity, and built for when your phone isn’t the only thing that needs power. It packs a 10,000mAh battery into a 16mm profile, still thinner and lighter than some phones, despite carrying double the Air’s capacity. The main version comes with an integrated USB-C cable, so you can charge a phone and a laptop without digging through a bag for a separate cord. And when not in use, the built-in cable can also be hung on the bag. Baseus also sells a version without the built-in cable, which ships with a separate USB-C cable instead.
It supports 25W Qi2.2 wireless charging and 45W wired output, and can power three devices at once, two wired and one wireless, without any slowdown. The AM52 can wirelessly charge an iPhone 17 Pro to 45% in about 30 minutes, and 16 magnets built into the pack keep the phone locked in place while it charges. The same thermal design from the PicoGo Air carries over here, and it runs 12% cooler than competing packs, helping prevent overheating.
Like the PicoGo Air, the AM52 isn’t limited to iPhones. Its USB-C port and Qi2.2 coil work with MagSafe-compatible Android phones and standard USB-C devices, so it can wirelessly charge a phone while a laptop or tablet charges over the built-in cable at the same time.
That combination makes it a good fit for a long flight, where you might want your phone topped up on the magnetic mount while your laptop charges for a few more hours of work, or for a full day at a co-working space without hunting for an outlet.
Android Authority readers can get the Baseus PicoGo AM52 with a cable for $42.99 after a $37 discount, using code UTYJDF7V, which is also valid through July 31.
Which Baseus ultra-slim charger is right for you?
The Baseus PicoGo Air is the one to grab when you just need to top up your phone and don’t want to feel it in your pocket. It’s the ideal companion for everyday commutes, weekend road trips and hikes, or just a backup to keep so you aren’t worried about your phone dying.
On the other hand, the PicoGo AM52 is the one to pack when you know you’ll be away from an outlet for a while and need to keep a laptop or a second device alive, too. It’s perfect for flights, long waits at the airport, and other travel where you won’t easily have access to a power outlet.
Both discount deals run until July 31, 2026.
