Amazon Ember 50-inch 4K TV hits its lowest price in months

A 50-inch 4K TV is a great fit for a living room, bedroom, or first apartment when you want one screen to handle streaming, live channels, and everyday watching without adding extra boxes. There’s a solid deal on Amazon right now too, with the Amazon Ember 50-inch 4-Series with Fire TV down to $309.99.

That’s $90 off the $399.99 recommended retail price, which is a 23% discount. It’s also the lowest price we’ve seen in months, making this a nice time to pick one up if you’ve been waiting for a drop.

This newest-model Amazon Ember 4-Series is a 50-inch 4K UHD smart TV with built-in Fire TV, so apps and streaming are ready to go on the TV itself. It supports HDR10, HLG, and HDR10+ for better contrast and color, and it uses a direct-LED panel with a 60 Hz refresh rate. Amazon also includes an Alexa Voice Remote, and Alexa+ features help you find shows faster with voice search.

For connections, you get 4 HDMI ports in total, including one HDMI 2.1 port with eARC, plus Ethernet and USB. Audio is listed as 2.0-channel with Dolby processing and Dolby Digital Plus passthrough support. When you’re not watching anything, Ambient Experience can turn the screen into a smart-display-style dashboard. Amazon also places a strong focus on free and live TV access, making this set a handy all-in-one option for daily viewing.
