Alienware AW725H headset gets a solid $50 Amazon discount

The Alienware AW725H gaming headset is down to $99.99 on Amazon right now, which cuts $50 off its $149.99 recommended retail price. That’s a 33% discount relative to the RRP, and it brings this premium-looking headset a lot closer to impulse-buy range.

For anyone shopping for a headset that can move between different devices, this deal stands out. The Alienware AW725H is a tri-mode wireless gaming headset with 2.4GHz wireless through a dongle, Bluetooth 5.3, and a 3.5mm wired option. That gives it broad support for PC, PlayStation, Switch, mobile, and Xbox through a cable, so it can fit into more than one setup without much fuss.

On the audio side, it uses 40mm Dynamic PureSound drivers with a 20Hz-40kHz frequency range, plus Dolby Atmos support. It also includes a noise-reduction microphone for voice chat and team comms. Battery life reaches up to 55 hours over Bluetooth, which is a big plus for long gaming sessions or regular daily use between charges.

The over-ear design is built with comfort in mind, and the headset weighs about 348g. Alienware software support is also available through AWCC v6.4. On top of that, the AW725H has a 4.4-star Amazon rating, which should give shoppers a bit more confidence before hitting buy.

At $99.99, this isn’t quite the lowest price we’ve seen this year, but it’s still a strong discount on a feature-packed wireless gaming headset.
