UScellular will soon be spreading their wings a bit. This news comes by way of a recently announced partnership with Walmart and means those shopping for UScellular services or devices will soon have quite a few additional retail locations to visit. More to the point, Walmart will soon begin selling UScellular post-paid services and devices at “more than” 460 locations across the country.

And for those thinking that something sounds familiar with UScellular and Walmart, back in May they announced U Prepaid, which is a no-contract wireless service offering. The difference here, this latest announcement covers post-paid devices. You know, the services and devices that you would typically get direct from the carrier.

Anyway, those choosing to shop for UScellular service from Walmart will still get the same perks and benefits as shopping direct with the carrier. This means you will still be earning those UScellular reward points which can later be used towards device upgrades as well as register on, and use the UScellular website for autopay and wireless billing.

Otherwise, it was noted that each of the participating Walmart stores will have the Samsung Galaxy S3, HUAWEI Ascend II, Samsung Chrono 2 and the Samsung Freeform 4 as well as up to 10 additional UScellular devices.
