Cold War-themed board game Twilight Struggle gets ported to Android

The two-person strategy game sees players take control of the US or USSR during pivotal real-world events to achieve global dominance.

Cold War inspired board game Twilight Struggle has been ported to Android following a release on Steam in April. The two-player strategy title sees players take control of the US or USSR as they play through real historical events to try and achieve world dominance.

Twilight Struggle is, naturally, more concerned with influence and subterfuge than waging all-out war with armies. Players take turns drawing and playing cards to gain influence over allies during pivotal events like the Cuban Missile Crisis and Vietnam war.

Twilight Struggle has a single-player mode against the computer, but it’s no doubt the local “hot seat” multiplayer or online multiplayer modes which are going to be most interesting.
