Google Wallet Promo: Send a new user as little as penny, get $5 credit in return

Who among us doesn’t like free money? I have a feeling no one is raising their virtual hand. For those of us looking to make an extra buck without much effort, Google has our backs — as long as you’re willing to refer a few friends to Google Wallet, that is.

Simply put, Google is running a new promotion until November 30th or until they reach 20000 new referrals. During that window, all you need to do is send money (as little as a penny works) to a friend with no current or previous Wallet balance, and you and your friend will both get $5 in credit.

As you might have guessed, Google does place some restrictions on this offer. For starters, you can only receive the $5 credit for up to 20 referrals. Both you and your friend must also have US home addresses and must verify your identities. For more details, you’ll want to head to Google’s support page. We’d move quickly though, as we are sure there’s plenty of folks who will end up taking advantage of this offer.
