ARCHOS, the French smartphone manufacturer, has really been on a roll lately. It just recently announced two new Android-powered smartphones, the Diamond S and 50e Helium, as well as a new tablet called the Diamond Tab. Today the company is adding yet another budget-friendly device to its Diamond line with the launch of the new Diamond Plus smartphone.

The Diamond Plus features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with 1920 x 1080 resolution, a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and microSD expansion up to 32GB. It also comes with two SIM card slots, a 16MP rear-facing camera, an 8MP front camera, and a 2850mAh battery. If you’re interested in getting a closer look at the handset, you can check out a 3D render of the Diamond Plus on ARCHOS’ website.

The Diamond Plus will be available sometime in November for just £179.99. ARCHOS plans to show off the device at IFA 2015 alongside the Diamond S, 50e Helium and Diamond Tab.
