If you’re looking for the screen time-out option on an iPhone, you might have a hard time finding it — especially if you’re switching over from Android. On Android, you’ll see an option that says Turn off screen after or Sleep. On Apple, this goes by a different name: Auto-Lock.

  2. Within Settings, tap Display & Brightness.
  3. Tap Auto-Lock.
