Megan Ellis

Megan is a journalist who has been writing about consumer technology since 2016. Her passions include making tech concepts easier for people to understand and highlighting the products she thinks provide users with value-for-money. She specializes in Android phones and apps, as well as computing and gaming.

She got her start writing about technology at iafrica.com, but has since written for MakeUseOf, XDA Developers, and Tom’s Guide. She was also Editor-in-Chief at Memeburn and Gearburn from 2020 to 2022.
 

Her first smartphone was an HTC device and she has been a loyal Android user since. Currently she switches between her Oppo Reno 10 Pro+ and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. When she’s not writing, she’s usually playing PC games, watching the latest series, or herding her two cats.
