Sony has posted a second Sony Honami teaser on Twitter, this time focusing on the waterproof features of the handset.

Just like with the first teaser, we have a short message followed by an image and the #bestofSony hashtag. Again, the tweet suggests that the phone will arrive soon, as it’s “about to make a splash.”

Considering that recent Sony flagship devices are also waterproof, we can’t say we’re surprised to hear the Honami will offer similar features.

We’re more interested in the details the photo above reveals about the handset – in fact, the full image that was used for the Twitter teaser is also available (top image), in which you can see the top and right side of the device.

We’ll notice the headphone jack on the top side; and the port flaps, power button, volume rocker, what’s probably a dedicated camera button and a lanyard hole on the right side of the handset.

The screen of the device is not turned on, although its purpose in this teaser image is to be splashed by water.

All in all, this second teaser (especially the full image) seems to confirm that the Honami picture leaks we’ve seen in the past few months were accurate.

That said, we can only expect Sony to continue the teaser campaign for the device, which is expected to be unveiled on September 4 in Berlin, Germany.
