How to track your Amazon package
Amazon has become the worlds leading online shopping center, offering a wide range of products whose prices undercut most of the competition. Amazon Prime members can even get shipping as fast as next-day delivery on most purchases. However, sometimes your orders can experience unexpected delays on their way to your home. Here’s how to track your Amazon package.

To track your Amazon package, select Your Orders under Your Account and click Track Package beside your order.
How to track your package on the Amazon website
First, log into the Amazon website with your account. Then, click on Accounts & Lists in the top right corner and select Your Orders.
You will then see a list of all your current and past orders. While you cannot track orders that have yet to be shipped, you will see an estimated delivery date in green beside them. For orders that have shipped, click Track Package to see their progress.
You will then see a list of updates on the locations and times your package has traveled thus far. Once delivered, the courier may even take a picture of your item at your doorstep to confirm its arrival.
Amazon should send you an email to confirm your order, that it’s been shipped, and when it’s been delivered. But you will have to track your package to monitor its progress and satisfy your curiosity.
How to track your package on the Amazon app
To check on the delivery status of your Amazon orders using the app, log in with your account and tap the Account tab from the bottom of the screen. You will find your most recent orders and tap on Your Orders to see all your past ones.
Tap Track Shipment underneath the package you want to track.
You will see a progress bar for your order with an estimated delivery date. Here, you can check for updates on your order as it travels to its destination with timestamps and location data.
If you enable notifications on your phone, you can receive immediate updates on when it has shipped and is out for delivery to be ready to receive it as soon as it arrives at your door.

On the day of delivery, you can see the map when the driver is getting close to you. If the order is being sent to a personal address, such as a wish list or gift address, Amazon will disable map tracking to protect the recipient’s privacy.
While you will receive an Order ID for your package, you do not use this to track your package. Instead, you can track your parcels from the Your Orders section of your Amazon account.
