I’ve already taken advantage of the in-store opportunities as Samsung kindly decided to change my pre-order date this morning from March 7 to March 16. Conveniently one day too late to pre-order the device elsewhere and enjoy a free Gear VR, but at the very least I now have a shiny new Galaxy S7 Edge in fingerprint-magnet black in my grubby little paws, and so can you.

At $699 and $799 for the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge respectively, pulling the trigger is no small decision, but it’s fairly safe to say that these are the best all-round Galaxy phones Samsung has ever made. Even as along-time Samsung skeptic, I’ve already had to admit that the Galaxy S7 Edge may have made me a Samsung convert.

What are your thoughts on the S7 and S7 Edge? Are you planning to pick one up?
