Rose Gold Galaxy Note 3 now available from Verizon for $249

The Rose Gold variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is now available from Verizon Wireless for $249.
January 28, 2014

Gold edition smartphones seem to be popping up everywhere, but some handsets are definitely more tastefully done than others. Fortunately the Rose Gold Samsung Galaxy Note 3, which was leaked earlier this month, falls into the latter category.

The Rose Gold Galaxy Note 3 is now on sale from Verizon for $249 with a two year contract, so this variation is priced identically to the existing black and white colors. In fact, even the 32 and 64GB variations appear to cost exactly the same as each other. You can also pick it up on the Verizon Edge+ $27.15 per month contract with no upfront cost, or $649.99 with a month to month deal.

Hardware wise, the Rose Gold Note 3 appears to be exactly the same as the standard version, with a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU, 3GB RAM, microSD slot, a 13MP rear camera, 2MP front facing camera, a 1080p 5.7-inch display, and a 3200 mAh battery.

Personally, I quite like the more subtle copper-gold painted accents, compared with an all-out garish gold plating. How about yourselves, do you like the little splash of color or is this Galaxy Note 3 too similar to the existing white variation?
