How to print PowerPoint slides with notes
If you click the Notes button underneath a PowerPoint slide, you can add speaker notes. This feature is great for adding presentation reminders, but they can be hard to remember if they aren’t available physically. Luckily, you can print them directly underneath your slides. In your PowerPoint with notes, click the File button in the top left.

Select Print from the menu options along the left.

Under Settings, click the first dropdown underneath the Slides field. In most cases, this should read Full Page Slides.

From the dropdown menu, under Print layout, select Notes Pages.

Finally, click Print to print your PowerPoint slide with notes.
