Update (6/26): Whether you’re a developer or simply a member of the modding community that finds themselves intrigued, you’ll be happy to know that both the Android Wear and Android L preview SDKS are now available! For those that aren’t developer-types, there’s no much here for you, though hopefully the arrival of the SDK downloads means that Android L Preview factory images for the Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 aren’t too far off.

Consumers across the world jumped with excitement after every major announcement at Google IO. We may be getting ready for our upgrades, new devices and awesome features, but developers across the world are getting ready to get to work. Google will be making a plethora of previews and SDKs available tomorrow, and the site where they will be available has just gone live.

There is nothing to download or any new information available just yet, but the “Coming June 26, 2014” header signals an upcoming influx of content. At the very least, you can now take a quick look at the site and bookmark it. You will be able to get to work tomorrow morning.

The Android L Developer preview will be available, along with the Android Wear SDK, Android TV Preview SDK and Android Auto SDK. You can read more details on these new platforms and services by checking out our Google IO coverage. Meanwhile, let’s just stay tuned for the new SDKs and previews.

We know app makers will be going nuts over these new developer tools. We are also sure they will be coming up with awesome new applications. I personally can’t wait to see what kind of Android Wear and Android TV apps show up.
