Find 7 2014 Hands on AA-1180610

As expected, the Oppo Find 7a is now available for pre-order in several markets across the globe, including the United States. The handset will set users back $499 in the US or €399 in Europe. Even better than getting just the handset, Oppo also is throwing in a free 32GB microSD card, Easy Cover case and a spare battery.

So what exactly does the Find 7a bring to the table? While it might not be as impressive as the QHD model, the Find 7a offers a Snapdragon 800 CPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, microSD, a 13MP camera and runs the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean-based Color OS.

There’s no denying that we’re seeing a lot of cool handsets coming our way from Chinese-based companies like Oppo, and that includes the start-up OnePlus — which was actually founded by former Oppo execs.

Speaking of OnePlus and the OnePlus One, the company might not be ready to unveil its latest handset until April 23rd, but they are more than content to keep teasing us about it. With that in mind, you’ll want to check out the “boxing” teaser from Cyanogenmod’s Steve Kondik:

So how about it, impressed by what we’re seeing from Oppo and OnePlus? Which handset are you more excited about?
