Images showing the Oppo Find 7 surface, just ahead of March 19th announcement
Earlier this week, press renders of the Oppo Find 7 surfaced on the Red Dot Design site, before they were eventually pulled down for good. Now we’re getting an even better look at the handset, thanks to newly leaked images of the device in the wild.
As you can see in the pics above and below, the Oppo Find 7 has a design that’s fairly reminiscent of the Find 5 with some minor cosmetic tweaks, including a more rounded body and what appears to be slightly slimmer bezels. Where the Oppo Find 7 really differs from its predecessor, however, is under the hood.
The Oppo Find 7 has already been confirmed to have two versions, one with a 1080p display (likely 5.5-inches) and another with a 5.5-inch QHD (2560×1440). It’s unknown how else the two models will differ, though we’ve heard rumors suggesting the entry variant will have a Snapdragon 800 and 2GB of RAM, with the QHD version packing a Snapdragon 801 and 3GB RAM. There have also been whispers about the possibility of a 50MP shooter on at least one of the models — though a more recent report suggest the handset may only feature a 13MP shooter.
Bottom-line, we know exactly what the Oppo Find 7 looks like at this point, and now it’s just a matter of Oppo confirming the device’s specs. Thankfully we don’t have much longer before we find out everything, as the handset is expected to officially be unveiled March 19th.
What do you think of the Oppo Find 7, interested? For those that are already mulling over the possibility of a purchase, would you rather pick up the 1080p or QHD model based on what we currently know about the handset?
