TL;DR
  • The price of the OnePlus Watch has leaked.
  • It compares to wearables from Amazfit and Xiaomi in the European market.
  • New renders of the black and silver colorways of the smartwatch have also leaked.

While we wait for the OnePlus Watch to go official tomorrow, trusted leaker Ishan Agarwal has given us a few more renders to relish and a European price to rattle the competition.

As per Agarwal, the OnePlus Watch will cost around €150 (~$178) in the European market. The tipster claims that an outright currency conversion might not be the right way to predict the wearable’s price in other markets, so we can’t say how much it’ll cost in countries like India.

Nevertheless, at €150, OnePlus is getting ready to target the growing sub-$200 smartwatch market. Xiaomi recently made the Mi Watch available in Europe at the same price. Meanwhile, Huami has a range of good options in that category, including the Amazfit GTS 2, GTR 2, and GTS 2 Mini.

Besides its attractive price, the OnePlus Watch is also expected to bring competing attributes to take on its rivals. Some of its confirmed and rumored specs include a real-time operating system similar to what we’ve seen on Amazfit watches, IP68 water and dust protection, a 46mm dial size, 4GB of storage, and Warp Charge.

OnePlus has also confirmed that its smartwatch will come with more than 110 workout modes. Those sound plenty for basic daily usage.

Other leaked features of the OnePlus Watch include SpO2 or blood oxygen tracking, stress tracking, sleep analysis, heart-rate monitoring, and more.

The OnePlus Watch is surely shaping up to be a powerful device with a great price on paper. However, what matter the most is performance. Only that will determine if OnePlus’ first smartwatch is worth its salt.
