Update, September 26
The new Moto X is now on sale on Verizon. The device can be customized through Moto Maker.
Original post
Starting tomorrow, Verizon Wireless customers will have the chance to nab the second-gen Moto X both in-stores and online. Verizon will directly sell the device in all-black or white with a bamboo rear shell. You also will have the option of further customizing the device by ordering through the Moto Maker.
The new Moto X is priced at $499.99 outright for the 16GB model, or $99 with a new two year contract. The bamboo model is priced a tad higher at $549.99, though its on-contract price is the same. For those wishing to get the 32GB Moto X (2nd gen), you’ll have to order it from the Moto Maker at a price of $149 on-contract or $549.99 outright.
