Yesterday Google took the wraps off its Android Wear platform, which brings Google Now-like functionality right to our wrists. In addition, both LG and Motorola announced their own plans for smartwatches that will utilize the Android-based wearable platform: the LG G Watch and Motorola Moto 360.

While both devices look rather interesting, we can’t help but become mesmerized by the 360’s gorgeous circular design that has a premium feel to it that puts existing smartwatches to shame. Interested in learning more about the Motorola 360? You’ll want to head to Motorola’s 360 Hangout event at 11am PST (2PM EST) today, which is coming up in less than a half hour!

For more details on the Android Wear platform, also be sure to check out our original coverage related to Google’s announcement. For those interested in attending the hangout, you’ll want to do so by heading to Motorola’s G+ page.
