Latest GSM Moto G update fixes several bugs

UK, European, and US unlocked Moto G owners may have noticed that their phones have been updated to version 174.44.1 in the past couple of days. Whilst the Moto G is already using the latest Android 4.4 KitKat, the latest 10.5MB update addresses issues that some users were having with network loss and low call volumes, as well as problems with USB OTG support.
Change Log:
- Fixed an issue which caused temporary cellular network loss for a small number of customers
- Fixed wallpaper cropping issue
- Resolved USB OTG support for USB drives
- Fixed low call volume as experienced by some users
The update is currently only available for single-SIM Moto G models which are free from carrier branding, but hopefully it won’t be too long until CDMA and dual-SIM versions have their issues patched too. The update can be grabbed OTA, if you haven’t received it already you can always force a manual check in the settings menu.
