The LG G8 ThinQ leaks haven’t been quite as steady as Samsung’s Galaxy S10 series, but it’s certainly picking up steam as we head into Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019.
Serial leaker Evan Blass has revealed the latest render of what is set to be the LG G8 ThinQ, and it seems to corroborate other leaked images. That means we’ve got a fairly wide notch with a selfie camera and what we now know is a 3D camera.

We also see a horizontally arranged dual camera setup (presumably featuring an ultra wide angle camera) and a rear fingerprint scanner. Again, this is in line with previous leaks from OnLeaks and XDA. Otherwise, the latest render confirms a USB-C port, headphone jack, and what seems to be a Google Assistant hardware key.
With the exception of the horizontal dual camera arrangement and the 3D camera, it looks like this render shares the G7’s DNA in the looks department. Hopefully LG surprises us with software features and other functionality.
We wouldn’t be surprised if the company had a few more surprises up its sleeve though, such as a G8 variant or that rumored 5G-enabled V-series smartphone. But it seems all but guaranteed that this is what the LG G8 ThinQ will look like come launch day.
We’ve contacted LG for comment regarding this latest leak and will update the story accordingly. What do you think of the new render though? Let us know in the comments.
